All enrollment data is sourced from dated official CMS and state government datasets. Check each market’s reporting period: Pennsylvania and Illinois Marketplace figures are historical snapshots, not current Marketplace enrollment. Illinois moved to the Get Covered Illinois state Marketplace for 2026 coverage. New York Marketplace rankings exclude the separate Essential Plan, Medicaid, and CHIP programs.
