Carrier size does not establish that your exact plan participates with a specific hospital or provider. Our network access beta facilitates exact insured plan hospital research and maintains direct confirmation logs.

Coverage & Access is available in the app for insured users to save exact plan and network details, research official sources for a hospital or facility, and record calls and reference numbers. Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Texas, California, North Carolina, New York, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Illinois have launched dated rankings and state verification resources. Personal plans and access checks require sign-in and are not published.

This feature focuses solely on network participation status. It does not provide guaranteed coverage, verify eligibility, handle prior authorization, or determine payment and cost responsibilities. For planned care, both your insurer and your provider must verify network status directly.

In a medical emergency, do not delay care to check network status. Call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Please note that this system does not provide active automatic monitoring of network changes.
